1. We hope you will love your SAFRAN MAISON purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by e-mail :......... of your intention to return the product(s).
2. We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
3. We do not cover the cost of the return of the products. We advise that you return the goods as Recorded Service as Safran Maison can not be hold responsible in case the products are not delivered to us.
