1. DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere. If you live abroad and require delivery please contact our Customer Service team on......  for full details and a quotation.

When will I get delivery?
Standard items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 working days.
Express delivery can be requested by e-mailing us : contact@safranmaison.com

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery of Standard items is charged at  £5.95.

Heavy Goods items require a special delivery and the delivery charges are on request.

* Customer of "Northern Ireland,The Highlands, Islands of Scotland ,Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly "might occur an extra charge for postage and will be advised.
** Delivery outside UK, is subject to an extra charge for postage. You will be advised or get in touch with us : contact@safranmaison.com.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

Are my card details secure on your system?
Yes, your card details are completely secure via your PayPal account

3. STOCK AVAILABILITY

How can I check when a certain product is available?

Our website is constantly updated with current stock availability, you can also e-mailing our Customer Service team on ........

Why is a product being discontinued?
We discontinue products for a variety of reasons principally to keep our collection fresh and seasonal and to make way for new products. All our products are handmade and produced in a very few number

4.HOW TO ORDER

Firstly, you will need to find the product or item you would like to purchase. If you are not sure what you are looking for, you could always browse through are many available categories which you will find in the header section of the website.

Once you have made your choice on the item category and clicked on it, you will be directed to that particular category’s homepage.

In each section you will find a list of sub-categories making it easy for you to get to you item.

Once inside a particular category you will see all items available in that particular category.

The next step is where you will find details of your purchase and you can chose either to continue shopping or to checkout. Once you have decided on the item you want to buy, enter the quantity required and then click the “add to cart” button.

If you chose to checkout, normally you will be taken to the payment screen but if you are a new customer you will be taken to our registration page where you will need to fill in your details.

After completion of the registration form you will be taken to the checkout page where you will need to enter your PayPal account details.

While shopping you can always check the items in your basket with the button present at the top right hand corner of the website.

You do not have to be a registered customer to browse SAFRAN MAISON online. You can select the items you would like to purchase, add them to your basket, but before you can complete the checkout stage, you will be required to register your details. If you are an existing customer, you will be required to submit your existing login details and if you a new customer you will be required to register with SAFRAN MAISON..

You will receive a Checkout Complete message along with your order once you complete the purchase.
